The 2019 Surf City SoundOff was held at Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, Oregon and hundreds of enthusiasts participated in IASCA and dB DRA formats and show and shine competitions. This two day event attracted competitors and spectators from all across the west coast, including California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and British Columbia.
