A Subaru that isn’t World Rally Blue on gold wheels? Color us intrigued. No disrespect to WRB Subaru drivers, but it’s nice to see one that stands out so well! All jokes aside, James Tinerella’s 2019 WRX was the winner of the TBGLIVE award at T365 St. Louis after the audience voted for their favorite, and we’re sure the sleek golden exterior helped. The color is Avery Dennison’s Satin Energetic Yellow, and it played well with Tinerella’s choice of a matte iced red engine bay, OLM body kit, and aero bits.
It’s a relatively simple build, for now, but Tineralla’s style choices are leading the way for an exciting build with striking visual presence in a rare color. The bold choice set his WRX apart in St. Louis, and his award is well deserved.
